Welder Exploration & Production, Inc. is a privately held natural gas and oil exploration and production enterprise founded in 1996, and is headquartered in San Antonio, with a field office in Beeville, Texas. Intentionally geographically focused, Welder specializes in exploring and producing hydrocarbons in the southern and coastal bend regions of Texas.

It is the overriding objective of Welder to serve as a premium investment vehicle for its owners and project participants through the efficient seeking, finding and selling of natural gas and oil. As a privately owned company, Welder is by its nature a profit oriented, cost and cash flow sensitive, concern, with investment objectives extending beyond the next quarter, or even the next year.
