Change of Ownership

Please alert Welder about a change in ownership. If the change is a result of divorce, you will need to submit to our office a signed letter along with a copy of the final divorce decree and a copy of all recorded conveyances. Please make certain that your letter is signed by you and contains your social security number (to confirm your identity) prior to being mailed or faxed.

If the change in ownership is a result of a deceased owner, you will need to submit to our office a copy of the Probated Will along with a Certificate of Filing that contains the probate file number from Court, a copy of the Death Certificate, and current addresses and social security numbers or tax identification numbers for each inheriting party.

If a trust is created, you will need to submit to our office a copy of the Trust Agreement naming the trustee or executor and current addresses of the trust.
